If cancellation is less than 24 hours, my booking site automatically charges 50% of selected service (pre- promotions if any)
If you no call, no show, my booking site automatically charges 100% of service (pre promotion prices if any)
If you prefer not to have a card on file and/ or not book through the site, I do require a non-refundable deposit that will go towards your service total. That deposit will only be able to go towards ONE appointment.
Any cancellation will result in new deposit, unless you we have agreed on something else.
